You are free to share your life with us and we are free to reciprocate. We also do not consult the DSM, diagnose any disfunction, or prescribe mental health treatment. Rather, we find that most "disfunction" is the result of design conflicts. As someone learns to understand their own design as well as that of other people, the behaviors typically associated with disfunction tend to improve.

They create a fixed reference point in the dark or storm that a ship can navigate by. Similarly, Christ is the fixed point by which we can navigate the storms of life. He gives us the freedom to make our own choices but He’s always there if we choose to look. As He is the center of everything we do at BLC, it seems appropriate to recognize it in our branding. This policy exists for the mutual protection of the ministry's reputation as well as that of the clients. By never meeting in isolation, both parties are shielded from accusations of impropriety or marital unfaithfulness. Under most circumstances, my wife will be present with all female clients but in special circumstances alternative arrangements can be made should a different third-party witness be desired.
