The simple truth is that we all experience loss in this life. Some people have a robust support network to help them through these difficult times but others do not. Often times, the most valuable service that someone can offer is a listening and empathetic ear. If you are dealing with loss, it would be my honor to help you process what you are dealing with and (eventually) move forward with life.

Billing for Grief Assistance is variable. The first hour is however much you feel it was worth. Subsequent hours can be negotiated once both sides have better understanding of the specifics of your unique situation.

There has been some interest in having a paid accountability partner as a way of keeping both parties motivated to be reliable and consistent in checking in with each other. I decided to give that a trial run with someone that was interested and we have experienced good success with that. As a result, I'm rolling this out as one of my standard offerings going forward. The billing rate for this is on a case-by-case basis (largely because each person has different needs on how this would look) but it is not billed at my standard hourly rate.
